Portugal

RGC maintains its principal European operating office in Portugal. From Portugal, the company supports international project management, document review, reporting, procurement, geospatial coordination and short-term specialist deployments.

Federated States of Micronesia

RGC has an established presence in Pohnpei and extensive working experience across Pohnpei, Chuuk, Kosrae and Yap. This includes road and bridge programmes, asset-management systems, surveys and investigations, environmental and social documentation, land-access review, procurement support and construction-supervision mobilisation.

Local presence is supported by an understanding of island logistics, government and community interfaces, land issues, imported resources and donor-funded project requirements.

South Africa and southern Africa

RGC retains a professional and associate presence in South Africa, supported by long-standing relationships developed through the MnS practice. The company’s regional experience includes South Africa, Eswatini, Botswana, Zambia, Kenya, Liberia, Nigeria and other African markets.

Europe, the United Kingdom, Asia and worldwide

RGC is available for assignments throughout Europe and the United Kingdom, across Asia and the Pacific, throughout Africa, and in other global markets. Services can be provided through short in-country missions, longer deployments, locally supported teams or remote technical and management inputs.

Our location strategy is deliberately flexible: RGC mobilises according to the project, client, procurement route and required specialist expertise rather than restricting its services to fixed regional boundaries.
