Road asset management and programme delivery

FSM Climate Resilient Road Asset Management System (CiRAMS), Federated States of Micronesia | 2024–2026

Project management and local delivery integration for a World Bank-funded road asset management assignment, including inception, road asset-management planning, contract administration, QGIS and geospatial coordination, and road-maintenance and management inputs.

Vulnerability Assessment and Infrastructure Works (VAIW), FSM | 2025–2026

Project management and multidisciplinary delivery leadership across inception, climate-resilient road and bridge assessments, design review, monthly reporting, procurement transition and coordination of cadastral, geotechnical, environmental and social inputs. Part 2 experience includes mobilisation, resourcing and site-supervision planning for the East–West Pou Bay Roads.

Sustainable and Resilient Road Infrastructure Project Phase 2 (SRRIP2), FSM | 2026

Project-management, Engineer and contract-administration support covering design and procurement, field coordination, payments, EOT, safety and utilities correspondence, and planning for materials testing and laboratory capability. The assignment formed part of an ADB-funded programme.

Multidisciplinary surveys and investigations

Lelu Causeway, Awak Bridge, Chuuk Airport–Pou Bay Road and Yap Twin Bridges, FSM | 2022–2024

RGC was directly appointed by Intercontinental Consultants & Technocrats to undertake multidisciplinary survey and investigation packages. Services included control and topographic surveys, cadastral and road-corridor information, bathymetric and drainage observations, test pits and material sampling, three-dimensional engineering data and detailed reporting.

B8 Road, Malindi to A3 T-Junction, Kenya | 2016

A 331-kilometre road survey incorporating historic-control review, GNSS control, topographic mapping, one-kilometre control beacons, datum transformation, culvert inventory and digital terrain modelling.

Samoa Climate Resilient Infrastructure Development | 2018–2019

Road-corridor and right-of-way surveys, reconstruction of survey control, inventory-of-loss support, drawings and reporting, together with land-survey training and institutional capacity building. RGC supplied specialist survey and capacity-building inputs.

Environmental, social and land-access integration

PRIME priority-site SSESMPs and LADDRs, FSM | 2024–2025

RGC was directly subcontracted by Palikir Consulting Services to coordinate site-specific environmental and social management plans and land-access due-diligence reports for Chuuk Airport Road, Awak Bridge, Lelu Causeway and the Donoch and Tagaaniyal bridges. Work included risk and design-input assessment, consultation records, title, lease, easement and cadastral review, and land-access documentation.

Specialist geospatial and engineering work

Gembogl, Bapa and Burum Hydropower Projects, Papua New Guinea | 2023

Senior survey and LiDAR quality-assurance inputs for three separate hydropower assignments, including coordinate-system establishment, ground-control and flight-planning review, point-cloud processing, ground filtering, bathymetric integration, terrain modelling and survey reporting.

Herstmonceux Space Geodesy Facility, United Kingdom | 2017

High-precision terrestrial, GNSS and levelling observations connecting the satellite laser-ranging telescope, reference targets and geodetic stations at an internationally significant scientific facility.

Edo State Priority Roads, Nigeria | 2018–2019

Survey and model processing, alignments, cross-sections, drainage inputs, measurement and BOQ/BEME preparation for multiple priority-road contracts.

Klippan Pump Station and Mostert/Sand River Canal, South Africa | 2017

Engineering and cadastral survey services covering datum and benchmark establishment, pump-station and canal survey, a 100-metre cadastral corridor, pipeline staking and topographic mapping.

Malkerns Township, Eswatini | 2017

Cadastral verification and coordinate computation for a 187-hectare, 379-property township, including pegging, servitudes, general and working plans and Surveyor General submission.

Public buildings and technical coordination

College of Micronesia Teaching Clinic, Pohnpei | 2024

RGC-led multidisciplinary design and technical coordination covering earthworks, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, fire, plumbing, landscaping and drawing integration.
